Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Sr. IT and InfoSec Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will own all security, compliance, and IT at Passthrough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage certifications like ISO 27001 and SOC II.
- Implement and manage all IT work outside of the application itself, including device management, internal tech support, license management, and secure configuration of third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on infrastructure changes to the Passthrough application.
- Manage policies and ensure their implementation across the organization.
- Run IT operations, including device management through JAMF, Apple Business Manager, and Google Workspace.
- Securely configure third-party vendors, such as Salesforce.
- Assist in sales conversations by helping prospects become comfortable with our services.
Requirements:
- Experience managing and implementing IT policies.
- Experience managing and implementing InfoSec policies.
- Ability to deploy and manage devices using JAMF or similar tools.
- Proficiency in writing Bash and Python scripts.
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with DevOps.
