About the Role
The Membership Sales Lead role involves presenting our wellness program to new guests and communicating with therapists and estheticians to ensure seamless delivery of services. You will also be responsible for understanding and applying the sales process, including strategic sales offerings and product promotions.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be expected to greet guests and members as they enter the clinic, check them in and out for appointments, and answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
