Client Relationship Consultants
Build relationships with customers through multiple channels, including in-person, by appointment, and virtually, providing expert counsel while adopting a digital-first mindset.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and meet customers' banking needs, gathering and processing customer and account information, and educating them on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend solutions tailored to each customer's unique goals and needs.
- Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings.
- Provide a seamless client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Develop partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
This role requires registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), which includes a background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any NMLS registration requirements may result in offer rescission or termination.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Knowledge of all retail products and services.
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
- Ability to identify and address a customer's true needs while embracing a digital-first approach.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (business level).
