Program Manager Role:
This Program Manager role is responsible for overseeing the clinical programming of our center-based early intervention ABA therapy program. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising BCBA/BCaBAs and Behavior Technicians, developing parent training goals, and collaborating with Speech and Occupational Therapists to coordinate therapy for shared clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise BCBA/BCaBAs and Behavior Technicians
- Develop and implement parent training goals
- Coordinate therapy with Speech and Occupational Therapists
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessary
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- ~ 5 years of BCBA experience supervising behavior technicians in providing ABA therapy to children with autism
- ~ 5 years of demonstrated managerial and training experience
- ~ BLS Certification (or willingness to complete training course upon hire)
- ~ Ability to be on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday
