The Physical Therapist Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of our rehabilitative outpatient clinic, providing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of clinic operations and management of clinical staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and healthcare requirements
- Development and implementation of clinical programs
- Training and evaluation of clinical staff
- Resolving performance issues and monitoring staff compliance
- Fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment
- Reviewing and approving expenses, including those related to physician referrals and clinical support staff
- Monitoring documentation audits, Medicare compliance, and patient satisfaction
- Discharge policy adherence and management
