About Gateway Mountain Center: Our mission is to support young people from all backgrounds to transform their lives through nature-based experiences that connect them to self, community, and the natural world.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight, supervision, and strategic guidance to ensure high-quality therapeutic services across multiple programs. This role encompasses staff supervision, program development, crisis management, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct clinical training programs for GMC employees to enhance their skills and ensure the delivery of effective services.
- Provide regular supervision to clinical staff, mentors, and other employees, offering support, feedback, and guidance.
- Maintain a physical presence in the Wellness Center/office for a minimum of 8-16 hours a week.
- Attend and participate in training for Sierra Experience and WHMB as needed.
- Write treatment plans in collaboration with mentors and other adults within the client's community of support.
The Clinical Director partners with the executive team, department directors, and GMC staff to foster a supportive and forward-thinking culture while helping drive the success of Gateway Mountain Center's mission.
