Job Description
The Medical Director for our partner plays a critical leadership role, responsible for providing strategic support and oversight to the medical division within MindCare Solutions. This includes driving change management initiatives, leveraging data-driven decision-making processes, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional medical care across the division.
Responsibilities
- Provide 36 hours weekly of direct patient care, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care that meets unique needs and promotes positive health outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with MindCare Solutions' mission and objectives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of medical operations within the division.
- Lead change management efforts, fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation to address evolving healthcare landscapes and organizational priorities.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to inform decision-making processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive operational efficiencies within the medical division.
Requirements
- Medical Director experience preferred.
- Board Certified or Eligible (within 1 year of residency completion) in Psychiatry.
- Proficient in using Telemedicine technologies to treat patients remotely.
