Develop exceptional technical expertise and deliver customer service through to implementation and support. Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign with Project Managers. Work closely with internal and external customer project managers, developers, and teams, to ensure success. Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training. Possess more than one current ServiceNow CIS certificate and demonstrate exceptional understanding of solution aligned with the certificates. Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project.
