As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying SuccessFactors solutions to meet business process requirements within the Human Resource and Talent space. Regular communication with clients and providing feedback to management on team performance are crucial aspects of this role.
To succeed in this position, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices. While additional certifications are beneficial, they are not mandatory. A minimum of 7 projects in project management experience is also expected.
