Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance of our facilities. The successful candidate will have prior experience in maintenance and be able to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to meet regulatory requirements
- Ensure community maintenance is carried out in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
