Responsibilities and Requirements
Deliver evidenced-based care, providing medical triage, medical care management, and patient education/counseling to a panel of patients. Perform routine, acute, urgent, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative medical care, determining appropriate regimens. Serve as a member of the cross-functional team delivering routine and preventive primary care, chronic illness management, urgent care, and telephone triage. Prescribe medications/treatments or order medical diagnostic/tests. A highly skilled and compassionate NP/PA with a current California license, national certification, and completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program with at least 2 years of clinical experience. A Physician Assistant must hold a current California license, graduation from an approved program, passing a certification examination, and a minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical experience.
