Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have 7-10 years' experience in sales incentive compensation design and development, along with strong analytical chops, a problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skills.
You should also have experience in large, complex organizations with multiple revenue channels or sales divisions, as well as the ability to challenge the status quo and improve process or design effectiveness.
