Job Summary:
The Director of Compliance and Risk Management plays a critical role in ensuring the foundation's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and agreements, while also providing strategic leadership on risk management functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure the foundation's adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and agreements.
- Provide strategic leadership on risk management functions, including identifying and mitigating potential risks, and developing and implementing risk management strategies.
- Lead management of internal and external legal review processes, ensuring that all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the foundation's mission and goals.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Required Qualifications:
