Controller Position

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of Jobleads-US. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial reporting and budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports and analysis to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in higher education.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and develop recommendations.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
