\About the Role
\We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Counsel – Network Property Management to provide strategic legal guidance on managing and optimizing the company's network real estate assets and supporting the timely deployment of new cell towers in hard-to-cover areas. This role involves resolving complex landlord-tenant disputes, negotiating lease amendments and settlements, and ensuring compliance with property agreements to support our best-in-class 5G network.
\This role also advises on the acquisition, disposition, and operation of critical network real estate assets, including master lease agreements, DAS/in-building agreements for venues like stadiums and airports, and teaming agreements with other carriers. \Responsibilities
\This role will lead negotiations for complex real estate and commercial agreements, including site leases, master lease agreements, ACS/DAS, venue, and teaming agreements, ensuring seamless execution. The successful candidate will provide expert legal guidance on land use, zoning, and permitting matters for wireless siting, enabling business leaders to navigate local permitting and ordinance challenges with confidence.
\The ideal candidate will champion regulatory innovation by analyzing and influencing local ordinances and codes to facilitate wireless infrastructure deployment. They will act as a key subject matter expert for state and federal laws and regulations, shaping the future of wireless policy. Additionally, they will forge impactful partnerships with state, local, and federal agencies to advance wireless deployment initiatives.
\Requirements
\A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and relevant experience (2-4 years) in-house or law firm experience, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver results. The ideal candidate should be a team player with executive maturity and a track record of providing actionable legal advice. They should also be adept at managing high transaction volumes within ambitious timeframes, ensuring seamless delivery.
\This role requires a Project Management Guru, skilled at balancing multiple priorities and managing complex projects with precision and clarity. A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and admission and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction are required. Strong time management skills and proven ability to collaborate with other legal and business professionals with a focus on identifying efficiencies and delivering results are essential.
