Job Overview
This role provides an opportunity to oversee and manage assigned portfolios, work closely with senior executives, and perform regulatory reviews within our Internal Audit Department.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and deliver credit review plans, ensuring timely execution and escalating emerging issues to senior management.
- Monitor assigned portfolios to assess credit risk trends, credit performance, business activities, industry events, and regulatory changes.
- Lead reviews that include working with large datasets, model-driven risk strategies, and analyzing credit underwriting quality of each transaction and risk strategies.
- Contribute to complex issue resolutions, providing credible challenge and articulating results and themes to management and senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders while maintaining independence.
- Prioritize diversity and inclusion by creating an environment where all team members can contribute to their full potential.
- Communicate complex issues effectively to management and stakeholders.
- Lead a team in portfolio reviews, including meeting facilitation and presentation of findings.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in credit card services.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
