About the Role:
The CRNA Anesthetist will provide anesthetic care to patients in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical professionals. This role requires a Master's prepared advanced practice nurse to administer anesthesia and provide peri-anesthetic care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation of patients
- Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care
- Manage emergence and recovery from anesthesia
- Provide post-anesthetic care and follow-up evaluation
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a Master's degree from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia
- Current licensure from the Maryland State Board of Nurse Examiners
- Ability to operate and interpret data from various equipment
