Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation's efforts to achieve its mission and vision.
- Oversee the organisation's financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and audit oversight.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure organisational success, including those related to finance, HR, marketing, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the board of directors to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Manage external relationships, including with donors, sponsors, and partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in the cultural sector.
- Proven track record of success in financial management, fundraising, and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
