This role is measured by the following KPIs:
1. Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
2. Maintains product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
3. Executes day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only
