In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement and a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Payments will be made in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year.
