Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A minimum of four to five years of job-related experience in retail banking is required, along with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information
- Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
- Recommend solutions based on each client's unique goals and needs
Requirements
- Minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience

- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
