Data Modeler/Data Architect
Job Summary:
A Data Modeler/Data Architect is required to design, create, and enhance data models for operational and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in relational and dimensional data modeling, as well as metadata build and management.
Key Job Functions:
- Define, create, and enhance data models for operational and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with lines of business to map business processes to data models.
- Analyze data requirements and design logical and physical data structures that support the requirements.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data movement, quality, and accountability standards.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years experience in relational and dimensional data modeling.
- Hands-on expertise in relational and NOSQL database systems.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Thorough understanding of real-time, batch, and event-based data provisioning.
- Experience with ETL and API-based data provisioning patterns.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with large amounts of data, conducting analysis, and presenting findings.
- Knowledgeable in audit and regulatory concerns.
- Experience with next-generation tools and technologies (AI/ML, RPA, Trino, etc.).
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science or related field.
