Your primary objective will be to achieve all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives while leading a high-performing team of Operations and Area Managers at an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station (DS). Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to inform business decisions.
- Cultivating a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Manufacturing, or Retail.
- No less than 10 years of Operations experience, with a proven track record of leading/managing teams of 10 people and developing them.
- Business-level English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing company/industry and a proven ability to lead rapid expansion plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
