Dental Care Provider

">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the dental activity and provide oral health care services such as fillings, extractions, dentures, and root canals. ">
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans to ensure optimal oral health outcomes. ">
Requirements:

- CURRENT Illinois State Dental License. ">
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) degree. ">
- Minimum one (1) year of practicing dentistry. ">
- Flexibility to work on a part-time schedule with options for 1 day/week or 2 times/month. ">
