Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist to join our team as an MRI Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and be able to perform complex exams with accuracy and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI scans on patients, ensuring accurate positioning and immobilization techniques
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and answering questions
- Verify patient identification and ensure accuracy of data entry
- Process digital images, including reconstructions, and prepare them for Radiologist interpretation
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience as a registered technologist
- Minimum one year of MRI experience as a registered technologist
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certificate - Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- Basic Life Support OR CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers
