* Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year digital marketing strategy to increase brand growth and conversions.
* Oversee paid media strategies across Google Ads, social media, and programmatic advertising, along with the management of external agency relationships.
* Implement data-driven performance marketing initiatives, optimizing for acquisition and engagement.
* Manage the Digital Marketing team, responsible for paid media, email, ecommerce, and digital analysts.
* Partner with brand marketing, creative, and operations teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
* Proven expertise in paid media strategy (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic) and performance marketing.
* Strong background in email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
* Experience leading eCommerce strategies and website optimization.
* Experience in managing large-scale marketing initiatives.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* ~10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce for a national location-based entertainment, hospitality, or nightlife business, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
