Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaigns from activity to revenue conversion
- Develop predictive models to improve omnichannel mix accuracy, campaign completeness, and predict personal behaviors in a complex marketing environment
- Work with all levels of marketing staff to understand and establish goals, determine required data sources, and establish marketing benchmarks and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute model deployment and continuously improve model performance
- Provide ongoing training to marketing teams on the use of analytics dashboards and reporting tools
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in marketing analytics, with at least 1 year in marketing operations
- Strong background in marketing, analytics or mathematics
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R (or other statistical tools), and experience with data lakes (i.e. Snowflake), ETL tools, and data management platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, multivariate testing, data standardization, and normalization
- Deep understanding of complex systems and dependencies within marketing operations and ability to deliver insights that improve overall marketing outcomes
- Strong ability to connect disparate marketing touchpoints and data sources across channels to illustrate the full customer journey and its impact on the bottom line
