Job Details:
We are seeking a Senior CCM Consultant to join our team at Jobleads-US. The ideal candidate will have overall 6 years of experience in IT and consulting, with added Java experience desirable.
The successful candidate will lead the engagement effort for assignments related to customer communication management, anchoring business process consulting and problem definition. They will drive the solution design, development, and deployment, serving as the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engagement effort for assignments related to customer communication management.

- Serve as the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- This position requires travel and/or relocation to various locations.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end CCM implementations primarily Quadient Inspire, OT Exstream, and Smart Communication products.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
