The Director of Digital Analytics and Experimentation plays a pivotal role in shaping our digital analytics strategy, focusing on report automation, actionable insights, and partnership with our Digital Data teams to drive data democratization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital analytics strategy, aligning with business objectives and overall company strategy.
- Manage a team dedicated to digital performance analysis, digital marketing activity, retail media network KPIs, digital testing and measurement, and mastery of digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
Responsibilities also include:
- Enabling analysis of performance across digital platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Overseeing the development of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations of key insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Communicating complex data analyses and insights in a clear and concise manner, with the ability to influence business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or similar fields OR equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of experience in big brand and/or enterprise omnichannel retailers, sites with 300,000 pages, eCommerce, mobile platforms, and extensive tagging/tracking knowledge of eCommerce analytics.
Additionally, we seek an expert in:
- eCommerce analytics (Performance Marketing, SEO, Mobile) reporting concepts and programs; Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 360 preferred.
- Developing and managing an Experimentation program - A/B testing, multivariate testing, incrementality testing, etc.
- Data visualization platforms – Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
This role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication skills, including interpersonal, reporting into senior leadership team, and formal presentation execution.
