Job Description:
We are seeking a Director, Growth Initiatives to join our team at Sonova. As a leader in the hearing care industry, we create innovative solutions that help people enjoy life's unforgettable moments.
This role will focus on accelerating Sonova's growth journey through a Continuous Improvement mindset and approach. The successful candidate will provide leadership, coaching, and support to build a Continuous Improvement culture and mindset within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, including 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience with Toyota Production Systems or a similar system is highly preferred. Experience in defining and deploying organizational and process change, operating as a change agent, demonstrated effective stakeholder management, and Lean Expert skills are also essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a Continuous Improvement culture, improving performance fundamentals, driving results, managing improvement initiatives, leading Kaizens, elevating commercial capabilities, evolving the Sonova X System, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
