Director of Pharmacy
We are seeking a passionate and experienced pharmacy leader to oversee our pharmaceutical services. The ideal candidate will have a knack for managing complex operations, inspiring their team, and ensuring the highest standards in medication safety and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy staff, fostering professional growth, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Staying ahead of ever-changing regulations and ensuring the pharmacy meets all federal, state, and accreditation standards.
- Managing the hospital's 340B Drug Pricing Program to optimize savings and compliance while expanding access to affordable medications for eligible patients.
- Developing and implementing pharmacy programs and policies that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and fiscal responsibility.
- Promoting the highest standards in medication safety, ensuring accurate dispensing, and maintaining a strong culture of quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
- Two (2) years of supervisory/management experience is preferred.
