We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team at GEICO's Billing Product division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the billing roadmap from conception to launch.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to break down complex problems into manageable steps that drive product development. Your primary focus will be on improving the customer experience by modernizing our platforms and services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, and strong problem-solving skills. You should also possess knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
