Job Description
The Director of Clinical Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical programs, ensuring that they align with organizational objectives and best practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical supervision to therapists, counselors, and support staff across Residential, PHP, and IOP programs.
- Driving the development and enhancement of clinical programs, ensuring integration and cohesion across levels of care.
- Collaborating with leadership to implement crisis management plans and provide guidance during clinical emergencies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative and management setting, with familiarity with Performance Improvement and JCAHO Standards.
- Effective communication skills to relate to all levels of management staff.
- A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, human services, or a related mental health field.
- LPC, LMFT, or LCSW TN State licensure.
