About the Job
The Senior Director, Labor Relations will play a critical role in leading labor relations efforts and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. This includes oversight of collective bargaining agreements, grievance investigation and resolution, development of training programs, union election campaigns and prevention training, and dispute resolution program management.
