">The Cambridge Community Activities Program (CAP) is a dynamic non-profit organization focused on providing high-quality recreational activities and learning opportunities to the Cambridge area community.
CAP manages and operates an indoor community pool, an 18-acre beachfront park, a state-licensed childcare facility, a food pantry, a youth center, youth sports programs, and various other recreation initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional community programs. As Chief Medical Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, hiring, and managing staff
- Supervising and training recreation staff in program development and implementation
- Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Anticipating changing conditions and adapting to community needs
- Maintaining positive relationships with community stakeholders
You will also oversee the management of district facilities, including scheduling and coordinating community use. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining our program website and social media presence, as well as utilizing online registration systems for program enrollment.
