About the Position
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food service operations, including high-end restaurant meal service and catering. Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations
- Control and ensure company and client financial targets are achieved
- Ensure highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved
- Provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and culinary arts
