The Role

- Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service, sales, and install technicians, office staff, and other personnel.
- Customer Experience: Maintain and enhance customer relationships by ensuring prompt, professional, and quality service.
Requirements
- 5 years of management experience in a service-based industry, preferably in home services, construction, or similar fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field / equivalent experience is preferred.
