Director of Finance and Budget Opportunity
Teller County is seeking a highly qualified Director of Finance and Budget to oversee the FY 2025 departmental budget and support 6.70 FTE employees.

Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or public administration, or a related field
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in finance, budgeting, or accounting, including three years of management and supervisory experience
- Master's degree in business or public administration preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Credentialing through GFOA (CPFO)
- CPA designation
- Experience with Caselle governmental accounting software
Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, term life, supplemental life, AD&D, and voluntary long-term disability insurances, as well as AFLAC, LifeLock, and EAP programs.
