We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our leadership team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the finance function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, treasury, and asset management.
The successful candidate will have proven experience leading the finance function of a complex organization, including experience with M&A. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Managing and developing a high-performing finance & accounting team.
- Partnering with leadership to support operations by developing and maintaining periodic reporting.
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
