Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Ten years of related experience as a senior leader managing either a portfolio or software engineering team, including seven years of people management responsibilities.
- Experience in large-scale and agile project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change across multiple groups and functional areas.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.
