- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term key customer sales plans
- Manage customer P&L and A&P spending
- Train and educate distributors and customers on O'Neill Vintners & Distillers
- Work closely with the sales network to achieve volume, distribution, and execution goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience
- Proven success leading teams in CPG National Accounts
- Valid state driver's license
