Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team during a 6-month assignment. This role offers the potential for continued career growth within Complete Care upon completion of the interim period.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a minimum of 3-5 years of DON or ADON experience in a skilled nursing facility.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care.
- Supervising and supporting the nursing team, fostering a culture of compassion, collaboration, and accountability.
- Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of care.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident-centered care and positive outcomes.
- Overseeing staff education, training, and development to enhance clinical performance.
- Managing nursing schedules, staffing, and performance evaluations.
- Participating in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
The successful candidate will have:
