CulinArt Sector is a leading provider of onsite corporate, higher education, private school, healthcare, and destination recreation/leisure dining facilities across 18 states. As Regional Director of Operations II, you will oversee the planning, direction, and implementation of operational programs, policies, and procedures across Independent school and B&I accounts with the CulinArt Group portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in managing P&L and driving financial performance across multiple units or accounts. Previous experience in contract-managed services is preferred. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

- Develop and implement regional policies and procedures to maximize income from existing accounts.
- Ensure contract compliance, profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and meet unit cost targets for each service across all assigned locations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
