Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Truss Division, drive business growth, and ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement effective plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a team of associates in the design department, delegate tasks, and monitor performances
- Direct operations including engineering, manufacturing, QA/QC, environmental, purchasing, safety, transportation, site supervision, and supply chain
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensure quality client service
