Production Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team at The Memory Company. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of production and operation teams.
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
- Place production orders from customers.
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must have hard good printing experience.
- Experience with digital printing, screen printing, pad printing, dye sublimation, or wide format/large format printers.
- Experience with production equipment including:
- Mimaki JV33
- EPSON F6370
- Mimaki CG160-FX II cutting plotters
- Hix Dryers
- Single color screen press, Inkcups Helix, Inkcups x360, Inkcups MagiCoat
- Epilog Fusion lasers etching
Skills and Qualifications
