- Implement and oversee all pre-construction and marketing activities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns
- Manage project pursuit planning, conceptual estimating, project estimating, design-management, and client interface
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
Requirements:
- Experience in building construction and design-build project delivery
- Project pursuit planning and marketing and sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related field desired
- Experience in the construction industry – Design-Build project delivery is a plus
