Job Responsibilities
The Division SIOP/Supply Chain Director will lead the supply chain for the division while achieving performance targets in safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth through a focus on process innovation and optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and influencing supply chain teams to ensure raw material needs are met and right-sized at the site and division level
- Creating and implementing best practices to optimize procurement planning and execution
- Resolving raw material and outside vendor service shortages/escalations
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional and matrixed teams, driving collaboration across departments, and analyzing production data to inform decision-making.
