Job Brief
We seek a highly experienced General Manager, White Springs to lead the strategic planning, management, and leadership of safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the Swift Creek and Suwanee River Complex's in the State of Florida, United States.

Main Responsibilities

• Reports to the Vice President, Phosphate Operations, and is responsible for strategic planning, management, and leadership of safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the Swift Creek and Suwanee River Complex's in the State of Florida, United States.
• Develops and recommends production strategies, together with capital and operating budget requirements to optimize short and long-range production capabilities while minimizing exposure to economic and environmental risks.
• Maintains a high level of employee engagement and motivation to ensure maximum results in assigned areas.
• Promotes employee participation in activities and charitable causes and oversees philanthropic support through community investment.

Requirements

• Minimum of BS in Engineering degree (ChE, ME preferred) from an accredited university or related operations experience.
• ~10-15 years of experience in fertilizer, chemical, Petro-chemical or related continuous process operations.
• ~ Knowledge of mining and phosphate chemical processes is required.
