The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational management across our institution's project management initiatives, combining technical oversight and project management duties with strategic leadership and coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing project portfolios and driving innovation across the institution's research, clinical, and educational missions.
- Serve as a critical advisor to the CIO, ensuring seamless execution of priorities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and coordinating activities across various departments.
- Foster collaborations between project management and research departments to accelerate innovation.
- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks to ensure alignment of IT projects with institutional goals, regulatory compliance, and best practices in project management.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to senior leadership to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.
