Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational management across our institution's project management initiatives, combining technical oversight and project management duties with strategic leadership and coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing project portfolios and driving innovation across the institution's research, clinical, and educational missions.
• Serve as a critical advisor to the CIO, ensuring seamless execution of priorities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and coordinating activities across various departments.
• Foster collaborations between project management and research departments to accelerate innovation.
• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks to ensure alignment of IT projects with institutional goals, regulatory compliance, and best practices in project management.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to senior leadership to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.
