About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Financial Aid NCC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administration of all federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the financial aid office.
- Oversee the processing of financial aid applications and awards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Title IV and other federal and state regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and college staff regarding financial aid matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Counseling, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in financial aid.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
